Americans can use Allied Wallet, but need a notarized ID, proof of address, and would need to call Allied Wallet to let them know that they are affiliated with Banners Broker.
You can qualify as many panels with Sales Credits, Incentive and Organic Traffic.However, if you use Traffic Pack traffic, you can only qualify each colour panel five times. After that, you will need to imply the 2:1 ratio.
The 2:1 ratio is used in order to increase the allowance in a specific colour panel. For example, if you qualify a purple panel, it will increase the allowance of the yellow panel enough to qualify two more yellow panels. Be advised that it is only valid if qualified with traffic pack traffic.
The admin fee is automated and comes out of your e-wallet every month on the anniversary date. Example: If you purchase a package on October 2nd your monthly admin fee will come out on November 2nd.
You have two options: You can purchase more than one traffic pack per month which will make you a premium affiliate automatically. Your other option is to go to upgrade subscription under the account page and select the subscription you would like to upgrade to.

Yes, you have up to 30 days from the day of purchase to upgrade to a higher package. If you don't upgrade within 30 days, you have additional 15 days to upgrade to prestige package only. If you miss this period, you are not allowed to upgrade your package in the future.

Yes, there is complimentary traffic when you buy your initial package that comes with two complimentary panel cycles which you don't need to qualify them. However, you must have active campaigns in order for the panels to complete.

Traffic packs are a monthly commitment. There is no option for a one time purchase of a traffic pack.

For a limited time until June 7th, affiliates who purchased traffic pack subscriptions before April 30th will be able to cancel one or two of their traffic pack subscriptions without losing bonus traffic. After this period, you can't drop since it is a commitment. You can cancel, however all your traffic pack subscriptions will be cancelled and all bonus hits will be removed.
For a limited time until June 7th, affiliates will be able to cancel one or two of their traffic pack subscriptions without losing bonus traffic. Only traffic pack subscriptions purchased before April 30th are eligible for reduction. The traffic pack subscriptions which are cancelled are the oldest one or two subscriptions shown on your Traffic Pack Subscription Manager page. This is open to all affiliates who have existing traffic pack subscriptions regardless of being Standard, Premium, or Executive status.
You will be able to reduce your number of traffic pack subscriptions from May 15th and ends on 23:59:59 (11:59 pm) June 7th. All that is required is that you have an existing traffic pack subscription started on or before April 30th 2013.
No, there is no minimum requirement. You can have as few as one traffic pack subscription and still cancel it provided the subscription started before April 30th 2013.
The maximum time a panel will not receive a hit is 5 days. The maximum life span of a panel is programmatically maintained by the historical average of this panel colour.
